This survey was made as a result of an field error made during the dependent resurvey in 1985-86. The plat, which includes the field notes, and is the entire record of this resurvey, in Section 33, Township 36 North, Range 11 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado, was accepted on January 10, 2007. The supplemental plat of Section 18, in Township 1 North, Range 78 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado, was accepted on January 23, 2007. The plats (2) and field notes, of the dependent resurvey and surveys in Township 50 North, Range 9 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado, were accepted on January 24, 2007. The plat and field notes of the dependent resurvey and surveys in Township 37 North, Range 19 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado were accepted on January 25, 2007. The plat, which includes the field notes, and is the entire record of this survey, in Section 8, Township 32 North, Range 3 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado was accepted on January 30, 2007. The supplemental plat of Township 50 North, Range 18 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado, was accepted on February 1, 2007. This supplemental plat, shows the result of the cancellation of certain mineral surveys in Sections 3, 4, 9, and 14. The plat, which includes the field notes, and is the entire record of the location and remonumentation of certain original corners in, Township 7 North, Range 91 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado, was accepted on February 5, 2007. The plats (2) which include the field notes, and are the entire record of the location and remonumentation of certain original corners in, Townships 8 North, Ranges 100 and 101 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado, were accepted on February 5, 2007. The plats (4) and field notes, of the dependent resurveys and surveys, in Townships 5 and 6 North, Range 92 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado, were accepted on February 13, 2007. The plat and field notes, of the dependent resurveys and surveys, of Sections 1 and 2, in Township 36 North, Range 6 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado, were accepted on March 1, 2007. The supplemental plat of Section 21, Township 41 North, Range 2 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado, was accepted on March 7, 2007. This supplemental plat, shows the redesignation of lot 4 to regular aliquot parts and complies with the description shown in Patent No. 1133510. The plats (2) and field notes, of the metes and bounds surveys of portions of the east boundary of the Great Sand Dunes National Preserve, in Township 25 South, Range 72 West, (Medano Pass) and Township 24 South, Range 73 West (Music Pass) of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Colorado, were accepted on March 15, 2007. The plat and field notes, of the dependent resurvey and section subdivision of Sections 5, 8 and 20, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, New Mexico Principal Meridian, Colorado, was accepted on March 21, 2007.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined and determined that one parcel of public land, approximately 47 acres, located in Custer County, Idaho is suitable for a renewable, 10-year agricultural use lease to Karen and Sydney Dowton (Lessee), pursuant to Section 302(b) of the Federal Land Policy Management Act of 1976, as amended. Annual rental will be at no less than the appraised fair market value.

As required by 43 CFR 2650.7(d), notice is hereby given that an appealable decision approving the subsurface estate in certain lands for conveyance pursuant to the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act will be issued to Bristol Bay Native Corporation. The Bureau of Land Management published a document in the Federal Register of February 23, 2007, concerning a notice of proposed withdrawal. The document contained errors in the land description.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will file the plat of survey of the lands described below in the BLM-Eastern States, Springfield, Virginia, 30 calender days from the date of publication in the Federal Register.

The Forest Service has filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) that proposes to extend the duration of Public Land Order (PLO) No. 6652 for an additional 20-year term. PLO No. 6652 withdrew 30 acres of National Forest System land from the mining laws, but not from other forms of disposition as may by law be authorized on National Forest System land or the mineral leasing laws to protect the Petersburg Administrative Site in Siskiyou County. This notice also gives an opportunity to comment on the proposed action and to request a public meeting.

In accordance with section 102(2)(c) of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and 43 CFR part 3809, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Ely Field Office, Nevada intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a proposed consolidation and expansion of the existing Plans of Operation for Barrick Gold Corporation's Bald Mountain Mine and Mooney Basin Mine located in White Pine County, Nevada. The two existing mines would be combined into one new expanded operation which would be called the North Operations Area. The EIS will analyze anticipated impacts of the expansion under this new consolidated Plan of Operation, and will incorporate analysis from a previous EIS and environmental assessments associate with the existing disturbance.

Pursuant to Section 102(2)(C) of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) of 1969, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Casper Field Office announces its intent to prepare one EIS titled ``South Gillette Area Coal EIS'' on the potential and cumulative impacts of leasing four tracts of Federal coal. Consistent with Federal regulations promulgated for the Minerals Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, 43 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 3425, the BLM must prepare an environmental analysis prior to holding a competitive Federal coal lease sale.

The Bureau of Land Management published a document in the Federal Register of March 12, 2007, concerning the sale of 51 parcels of public land in Riverside County, California, aggregating approximately 274.37 acres. The document contained (a) an inaccurate legal description for Parcel 33 and (b) the inadvertent omission of a parcel from two sentences contained in the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined and found suitable for classification for conveyance under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act a parcel of public lands located near LaBarge, in Lincoln County, Wyoming. The land has been leased under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act to the Town of LaBarge for use as a sanitary landfill since 1981, but has been closed to disposal of waste generally, since 1995. The Town of LaBarge intends to use the lands for a solid waste transfer facility.

The following public lands in Pinal County, Arizona, have been examined and found suitable for classification for lease or conveyance to the city of Casa Grande under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, as amended, 43 U.S.C. 869 et seq., and under sec. 7 of the Taylor Grazing Act, 43 U.S.C. 315f, and E.O. 6910.

The petition was filed on time and was accompanied by all the rentals due since the date the lease terminated under the law.

To protect fragile, wintering mule deer, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is closing to human entry seasonally, during each of three consecutive years starting in 2007, certain public lands near the South Fork of the Snake River, east of Heise, Idaho. Also, BLM will be considering a permanent, seasonal closure to protect wintering mule deer herds.

The U.S. Department of the Air Force (USAF) has filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management that proposes to extend the duration of Public Land Order (PLO) No. 6705 for an additional 20- year period. PLO No. 6705 withdrew approximately 3,630 acres of public land from surface entry and mining, to protect the USAF Beaver Creek Research Site. The land has been and will remain closed to mineral leasing. This notice also gives an opportunity to comment on the proposed action and to request a public meeting.
