This notice publishes the liquor control ordinance of the Catawba Indian Nation. The liquor control statute regulates and controls the sale, purchase, transportation, manufacture, consumption, and possession of alcoholic beverages on the trust lands of the Catawba Indian Nation [previously known as Catawba Tribe of South Carolina].
HEARTH Act Approval of Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation Business Leasing Regulations
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) approved the Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation Business Leasing Regulations under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act). With this approval, the Tribe is authorized to enter into business leases without further BIA approval.
HEARTH Act Approval of Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona Residential Leasing Ordinance
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) approved the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona Residential Leasing Ordinance under the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act of 2012 (HEARTH Act). With this approval, the Tribe is authorized to enter into residential leases without further BIA approval.
