This notice also announces that the DEIS is now available for public review and that a public hearing will be held to receive comments on the DEIS.

Enactment of this Ordinance will help provide a source of revenue to strengthen Tribal government, provide for the economic viability of Tribal enterprises, and improve delivery of Tribal government services.
