This notice advises the public that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) as lead agency, with the Seminole Tribe of Florida (Tribe), City of Coconut Creek (City), and Broward County serving as cooperating agencies, intends to file a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Seminole Tribe of Florida Fee-to-Trust Project, City of Coconut Creek, Florida, Broward County, Florida. This notice announces that the DEIS is now available for public review and the date, time, and location of a public hearing to receive comments on the DEIS.
Request for Nominations of Members To Serve on the Bureau of Indian Education Advisory Board for Exceptional Children

Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Pokagon Band Tribal Village Fee-to-Trust Acquisition and Casino Project in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, IN
This notice advises the public that the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), in cooperation with the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians (Tribe), intends to gather the information necessary for preparing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the conveyance into trust of 164.22 acres of land currently held by the Tribe in the City of South Bend, Indiana. The purpose of the proposed action is to help create a tribal land base and to meet the Tribe's economic development needs in Indiana. The Tribe is federally recognized, but does not currently have a federally protected reservation or have land that is held in trust for the Tribe by the United States in the State of Indiana. This notice also announces a public scoping meeting to identify potential issues, alternatives, and content for inclusion in the EIS.

Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Moapa Solar Energy Center on the Moapa River Indian Reservation, Clark County NV
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, in cooperation with the Moapa Band of Paiute Indians and other Federal agencies, intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that evaluates a solar energy generation center on the Moapa River Indian Reservation. This notice announces the beginning of the scoping process to solicit public comments and identify potential issues related to the EIS. It also announces that two public scoping meetings will be held in Nevada this summer to identify potential issues, alternatives, and mitigation to be considered in the EIS. ID30
