The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) published in the Federal Register on Friday, March 27, 2015, an announcement of the 2015 Lower Living Income Level (LLSIL) (Vol. 80, No. 59/Friday, March 27, 2015, PP 16452, 16454, 16455 see https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR- 2015-03-27/pdf/2015-07031.pdf. The announcement had the incorrect income levels for the South Metro area and the West Metro and non-metro areas. Below are the corrections to those areas. This is retroactive to March 27, 2015.

Currently, the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is soliciting comments concerning the collection of data on the Form ETA- 9165, Employer-Provided Survey Attestations to Accompany H-2B Prevailing Wage Determination Request Based on a Non-OES Survey (OMB Control Number 1205-0516), which expires on October 31, 2015. The form is used by employers in DOL's H-2B temporary non- agricultural employment-based program to collect information that demonstrates compliance with the new standards applicable to employer- provided surveys in the H-2B program and to assist the Department in reviewing those surveys.
