Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 15) granting intervenor status to Conexant Systems Inc. and Waves Audio Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has found no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. Sec. 1337 (``section 337'') in the above- referenced investigation. The investigation is terminated.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review the presiding administrative law judge's (``ALJ'') initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 82) granting Dentons US LLP (``Dentons'') leave to intervene for the sole purpose of seeking reconsideration and/or Commission review of Order No. 43 in the above-captioned investigation.

The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted a review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act''), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on potassium permanganate from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. Pursuant to the Act, interested parties are requested to respond to this notice by submitting the information specified below to the Commission; \1\ to be assured of consideration, the deadline for responses is October 1, 2015. Comments on the adequacy of responses may be filed with the Commission by November 16, 2015.

The Commission instituted the subject five-year review in July 2015 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on woven electric blankets from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury. On August 18, 2015, the Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the order effective August 18, 2015, because ``no domestic interested party filed a notice of intent to participate in response to the Initiation Notice by the applicable deadline.'' (80 FR 49987, August 18, 2015). Accordingly, the subject review is terminated.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Document Cameras and Software for Use Therewith, DN 3084; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing under section 210.8(b) of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR Sec. 210.8(b)).

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of the final phase of countervailing duty investigation No. 701-TA-530 (Final) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of supercalendered paper from Canada, provided for in subheading 4802.61.30 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States preliminarily determined by the Department of Commerce to be subsidized.\1\

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on July 20, 2015, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Trico Products Corporation of Rochester Hills, Michigan. Supplements to the complaint were filed on July 31, August 10, and August 17, 2015. The complaint as supplemented alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain windscreen wipers and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,836,925 (``the '925 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 6,799,348 (``the '348 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on barium chloride from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on ironing tables from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigation Nos. 701-TA-545-547 and 731-TA-1291- 1297 (Preliminary) pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act'') to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports of certain hot-rolled steel flat products (``hot-rolled steel'') from Australia, Brazil, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the United Kingdom, provided for in subheadings 7208.10.15, 7208.10.30, 7208.10.60, 7208.25.30, 7208.25.60, 7208.26.00, 7208.27.00, 7208.36.00, 7208.37.00, 7208.38.00, 7208.39.00, 7208.40.60, 7208.53.00, 7208.54.00, 7208.90.00, 7210.70.30, 7210.90.90, 7211.14.00, 7211.19.15, 7211.19.20, 7211.19.30, 7211.19.45, 7211.19.60, 7211.19.75, 7211.90.00, 7212.40.10, 7212.40.50, 7212.50.00, 7225.11.00, 7225.19.00, 7225.30.30, 7225.30.70, 7225.40.70, 7225.99.00, 7226.11.10, 7226.11.90, 7226.19.10, 7226.19.90, 7226.91.50, 7226.91.70, 7226.91.80, and 7226.99.01 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less-than-fair- value and alleged to be subsidized by the governments of Brazil, Korea, and the United Kingdom. Unless the Department of Commerce extends the time for initiation, the Commission must reach a preliminary determination in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations in 45 days, or in this case by September 25, 2015. The Commission's views must be transmitted to Commerce within five business days thereafter, or by October 2, 2015.

The Commission has instituted investigation No. 332-555, Economic Impact of Trade Agreements Implemented Under Trade Authorities Procedures, 2016 Report, for the purpose of preparing the first of two reports required by section 105(f)(2) of the Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities and Accountability Act of 2015 (Public Law 114-26). Section 105(f)(2) requires that the Commission submit to the House Committee on Ways and Means and the Senate Committee on Finance two reports, one by June 29, 2016, and a second by June 29, 2020, on the economic impact on the United States of all trade agreements with respect to which Congress has enacted an implementing bill under trade authorities procedures since January 1, 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in-part the final initial determination (``ID'') issued by the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') on April 27, 2015, finding no violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, 19 U.S.C. 1337, in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission also extends the target date to October 8, 2015.
