In the Matter of Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC; Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.; NorthStar Vermont Yankee LLC; NorthStar Nuclear Decommissioning Company, LLC; Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an order approving the direct transfer of Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-28 for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station (VY), and its general license for the VY Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI), from the currently licensed operator, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
