30-Day Notice for the “Blanket Justification for Arts Endowment Funding Application Guidelines and Requirements”
The National Endowment for the Arts (Arts Endowment) has submitted the following public information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995: Blanket Justification for Arts Endowment Funding Application Guidelines and Requirements. Arts Advisory Panel Meetings
Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended, notice is hereby given that 1 meeting of the Arts Advisory Panel to the National Council on the Arts will be held by teleconference.
Meeting of Humanities Panel
The National Endowment for the Humanities will hold sixteen meetings of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during August and September 2019. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965.
Submission for OMB Review, Comment Request, Proposed Collection Requests: Public Library Survey FY 2019-FY2021
The Institute of Museum and Library Services announces the following information collection has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. By this notice, IMLS is soliciting comments concerning the new three year approval of the IMLS administered Public Library Survey. A copy of the proposed information collection request can be obtained by contacting the individual listed below in the ADDRESSES section of this notice.

The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Currently, the NEA is soliciting comments concerning the proposed information collection for the Survey of American Artists Participating in International Exchanges.
