Meetings of Humanities Panel
The National Endowment for the Humanities will hold twenty- five meetings of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during April 2015. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965.
Arts Advisory Panel Meetings
Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92-463), as amended, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Arts Advisory Panel to the National Council on the Arts will be held by teleconference from the National Endowment for the Arts, Constitution Center, 400 7th St. SW., Washington, DC, 20506 as follows (all meetings are Eastern time and ending times are approximate): Music (review of nominations): This meeting will be closed.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request; National Endowment for the Arts Panelist Profile Form
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA95) [44U.S.C. 3506(c)(A)]. This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the NEA is soliciting comments concerning the proposed information collection of: National Endowment for the Arts Panelist Profile Form. A copy of the current information collection request can be obtained by contacting the office listed below in the address section of this notice.
National Council on the Arts 184th Meeting
Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub.
