These changes harmonize the FAR with current statutory authorities.

NASA hereby gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive, research only license in the United States to evaluate the invention described and claimed in U.S. Patent Application No. 13/ 895,717, NASA Case No. KSC-13579, entitled ``Treatment System and Method for Removing Halogenated Compounds from Contaminated Systems,'' to Etana, LLC, having its principal place of business at 424 Copeland Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32235. The patent rights in these inventions have been assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The prospective exclusive, research only license will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
