Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the Regulatory Secretariat Division (MVCB) will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning statement and acknowledgment Standard Form (SF) 1413.

DoD, GSA, and NASA are issuing a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to conform references throughout the FAR to the new Positive Law Codification of Title 41, United States Code, ``Public Contracts'' and other conforming changes.

DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2013 to extend the limitations on contractor employee personal conflicts of interest to apply to the performance of all functions that are closely associated with inherently governmental functions and contracts for personal services.

In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of its analysis of FY 2012 Service Contract Inventory and its FY 2013 Service Contract Inventory. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were accomplished in FY 2013. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on December 19, 2011, by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).
