The following remote public hearing on proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure has been canceled: Civil Rules Hearing on November 10, 2020.

The Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure will hold a virtual meeting on January 5, 2021. The meeting is open to the public.
