Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a currently approved information collection requirement concerning service contracting.

On September 24, 2018, DoD, GSA, and NASA published a document proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2017. The document heading carried an incorrect docket number. This document carries the correct docket number.

As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve a new information collection requirement regarding the MOBILE NOW Act.

The Office of Government-Wide Policy, General Services Administration (GSA) will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance for the CDP Supply Chain Climate Change Information Request. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regulations, the FAR Council invites the public to comment upon a renewal concerning North Carolina sales tax certification.

Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act, the Regulatory Secretariat Division will be submitting to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request to review and approve an extension of a previously approved information collection requirement concerning delivery schedules.

The FTR allows agencies to reimburse employees up to 300 percent of the applicable maximum per diem rate under various circumstances including, but not limited to, when lodging and/or meals are not available within the prescribed allowances for a given temporary duty location. The General Services Administration is notifying agencies that the FTR permits two methods of calculating actual expense reimbursement. The information outlined in FTR Bulletin 18-09 demonstrates how agencies may calculate actual expense reimbursement under each method while staying within the bounds of the current 300 percent actual expense ceiling.
