The Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (Commission), a Federal Advisory Committee established in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), and Executive Order 13799, will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, July 19, 2017. This meeting will consist of a ceremonial swearing in of Commission members, introductions and statements from members, a discussion of the Commission's charge and objectives, possible comments or presentations from invited experts, and a discussion of next steps and related matters. The General Services Administration is announcing this meeting with less than 15 calendar days' public notice as July 4th is a federal holiday, thus delaying the administrative processing of this notice.

GSA uses this information to collect the Industrial Funding Fee and administer the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) program. A notice was published in the Federal Register on January 13, 2017. No comments were received.

Notice of this meeting and these conference calls is being provided according to the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. This notice provides the agenda and schedule for the June 7, 2017 meeting of the Green Building Advisory Committee (the Committee) and schedule for a series of conference calls, supplemented by Web meetings, for two new task groups of the Committee. Pursuant to the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), GSA plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Department of Labor Headquarters (DOL HQ) Consolidation to guide the evaluation of alternatives for a new permanent location for the DOL HQ, and to look at the impacts from the exchange of the Frances Perkins Building. GSA also will be initiating related consultation under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) for the project.
