The FTC is publishing in final form a routine use that would permit disclosure of the agency's Freedom of Information Act (``FOIA'') request and appeal records to the Office of Government Information Services (``OGIS''), in order for OGIS to assist FOIA requesters, as needed, in processing and resolving their FOIA requests and appeals. The information collection requirements described below will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The FTC seeks public comments on its proposal to extend for three years the current PRA clearance for information collection requirements pertaining to the Commission's administrative activities. That clearance expires on April 30, 2018, and consists of: (a) Requests to the Commission primarily under Parts I and IV of the Commission's Rules of Practice; (b) the FTC's consumer complaint systems; and (c) the FTC's program evaluation activities.
