Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) proposes to modify an existing system of records notice in order to collect information related to sincerely held religious beliefs, practices, or observances when necessary to evaluate requests for a religious accommodation.

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board published a document in the Federal Register on July 28, 2021, concerning a new system of records. The document contained an incorrect reference to the agency's Privacy Act regulations.

In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (the Act) the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) is exempting five systems of records from certain requirements of the Act.
Senior Executive Service Performance Review Board
This notice announces the appointment of the members of the Senior Executive Service Performance Review Board for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. The purpose of the Performance Review Board is to make written recommendations on each executive's annual summary ratings, performance-based pay adjustment, and performance awards to the appointing authority.
