Arbitration Services
This final rule amends the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) rules pertaining to arbitration services. It clarifies existing provisions; eliminates redundancies and provisions that were never used in practice; consolidates sections; updates contact information; reduces award submission requirements and references an apprenticeship alternative for joining the Roster after completion of specified training. It also implements a modest increase in user fees.
