The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on renewal of an existing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). On July 24, 2012 (77 FR 43283), the FDIC solicited public comment for a 60-day period on renewal of the following information collection: Registration of Mortgage Loan Originators (OMB No. 3064-0171). No comments were received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review.

On June 25, 2012 (77 FR 37906), the FDIC solicited public comment for a 60-day period on renewal of the following information collection: Applicant Background Questionnaire (OMB No. 3064-0138). No comments were received. Therefore, the FDIC hereby gives notice of submission of its request for renewal to OMB for review.

Notice is hereby given that the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Corporation) has been appointed the sole receiver for the following financial institutions effective as of the Date Closed as indicated in the listing. This list (as updated from time to time in the Federal Register) may be relied upon as ``of record'' notice that the Corporation has been appointed receiver for purposes of the statement of policy published in the July 2, 1992 issue of the Federal Register (57 FR 29491). For further information concerning the identification of any institutions which have been placed in liquidation, please visit the Corporation Web site at www.fdic.gov/ bank/individual/failed/banklist.html or contact the Manager of Receivership Oversight in the appropriate service center.

The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, Public Law 104-13 (44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A). The FDIC is soliciting comments concerning the currently approved Basel IIRecordkeeping and Disclosures information collection, which is being renewed without change pending OMB review and action on proposed changes to the collection arising from proposed rules published in the Federal Register on August 30, 2012, and entitled Regulatory Capital Rules: Regulatory Capital, Implementation of Basel III, Minimum Regulatory Capital Ratios, Capital Adequacy, Transition Provisions, and Prompt Corrective Action (77 FR 52792); Regulatory Capital Rules: Standardized Approach for Risk-Weighted Assets; Market Discipline and Disclosure Requirements (77 FR 52888); Regulatory Capital Rules: Advanced Approaches Risk-Based Capital Rule; Market Risk Capital Rule (77 FR 52978).
