Agency Information Collection Activities: Notice of Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission gives notice of its intent to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for renewal of the information collection described below.
Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements Under Title VII
Notice is hereby given that the Commission is cancelling the public hearing on the above proposed information collectionextension with change: The State and Local Government Information Report (EEO-4). (79 FR 51155, August 27, 2014). No requests to present oral testimony at a hearing concerning the information collection were received from the public. Therefore, it will not be necessary to hold the hearing.

Therefore, it will not be necessary to hold the hearing.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC or Commission) hereby gives notice that it has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for a three-year extension without change of the Employer Information Report (EEO-1).
