Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting Case Competition Submission Forms
The Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research holds an annual Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Case Competition, wherein USAID partners and staff can submit examples of the way in which they have employed CLA approaches in their work. The submissions are posted online (available to the public), contributing to agency learning through these real-world experiences. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as amended, USAID is soliciting comments for this collection.
USAID Revisions to ADS 201 Evaluation Report Requirements
USAID invites public comment on our intent to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB's) approval for a new information collection. The Foreign Assistance Transparency and Accountability Act (2016) and The Foundations for Evidence Based Policy-Making Act (2019) enhance the transparency, accuracy, and reliability of USAID program and activity evaluations and processes of data collection and reporting. To comply with these Acts, USAID is currently revising the policy associated with its Evaluation Report Requirements. The requirements collect information from evaluators to establish the validity of research methodologies, standardize the presentation of research, ensure accuracy, and identify any conflicts of interest that could create bias or influence data analysis, findings, or recommendations. USAID is soliciting comments for this collection.
Background Investigator Quality Control Survey
Quality control survey to allow the USAID Office of Security Field Investigations program to obtain feedback on its background investigator workforce from members of the general public who are interviewed by USAID background investigators.
USAID Revisions to ADS 201 Evaluation Report Requirements
USAID is reopening the comment period for its proposed information collection, ``USAID Revisions to ADS 201 Evaluation Report Requirements''. Reopening the comment period will allow USAID to satisfy the 60-day public comment period required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
