Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Warning Label Comprehension and Interpretation by Consumers for Children's Sleep Environments
As required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or Commission) announces that CPSC has submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a new proposed collection of information for a survey that will evaluate consumer awareness of infant sleep product warning labels. On December 21, 2020, the CPSC published a notice in the Federal Register announcing the agency's intent to seek approval of this collection of information. After reviewing and considering the comments, the Commission announces that it has submitted to the OMB a request for approval of this collection of information. A copy of the proposed survey, ``Revised Supporting Statement'' titled Consumer Product Safety Commission: Warning Label Comprehension and Interpretation by Consumers for Children's Sleep Environments, is available at: www.regulations.gov under Docket No. CPSC-2020-0027, Supporting and Related Material.

Implementing Rules for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act; Correction
The United States International Trade Commission (Commission) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register on April 8, 2021. The rule concerns the practices and procedures for investigations of United States-Mexico cross-border long-haul trucking services provided for in the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act.
Wireless E911 Location Accuracy Requirements
In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved information collections associated with certain rules adopted in the Wireless E911 Location Accuracy Requirements proceeding. The Commission also announces that compliance with the rules is now required. The Commission also removes paragraphs advising that compliance was not required until OMB approval was obtained. This document is consistent with the 2020 Sixth Report and Order and rules, which state the Commission will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing a compliance date for the rule sections and revise the rules accordingly.

Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records; Correction
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) published a System of Records Notice (SORN) in the Federal Register of July 22, 2019, that modified a System of Records titled ``Financial Institution Investigative and Enforcement Records, FDIC-30-64-0002.'' Subsequent to the publication of the notice, FDIC discovered an error. This notice corrects that error.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on March 9, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Wangs Alliance Corporation d/b/a WAC Lighting. A supplement to the complaint was filed on March 25, 2021. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain LED landscape lighting devices and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 10,571,101 (``the '101 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 10,920,971 (``the '971 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
