These final documents describe methods acceptable to the NRC staff for granting a subsequent license renewal in accordance with the license renewal regulations, as well as techniques that will be used by the NRC staff in evaluating applications for subsequent license renewal.

FMR Bulletin B-44 summarizes the industry-leading perspectives obtained through the development of international standards. This Bulletin provides an overview of considerations for agencies as they plan for acquiring warehousing space and throughout the life-cycle of the warehouse. In addition to addressing the warehouse facility itself, the FMR Bulletin B-44 discusses the contents of the warehouse, with the idea that if the contents can be reduced, the need for warehousing facilities can also be reduced concomitantly. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 8, 2017, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Rio Brands, LLC of West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. A supplement to the complaint was filed on June 23, 2017. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain backpack chairs by reason of infringement of a claim of U.S. Patent No. RE 39,022 (``the '022 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by the applicable Federal Statute. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order.
