In accordance with 20 CFR 402.35(b)(1), the Acting Commissioner of Social Security gives notice of the rescission of Social Security Ruling (SSR) 91-3p.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (``Commission'') is amending its regulations and forms to enhance the process for reviewing whistleblower claims and to make related changes to clarify staff authority to administer the whistleblower program. The Commission also is making appropriate rule amendments to implement its reinterpretation of the Commission's anti-retaliation authority.

This action adds a service to the Procurement List that will be provided by a nonprofit agency employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities, and deletes a product from the Procurement List previously furnished by such agency.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint entitled Certain Bar Code Readers, Scan Engines, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof, DN 3225; the Commission is soliciting comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or complainant's filing pursuant to the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Notice is hereby given of the following hearing of the U.S.- China Economic and Security Review Commission. The Commission is mandated by Congress to investigate, assess, and report to Congress annually on ``the national security implications of the economic relationship between the United States and the People's Republic of China.'' Alabama has scheduled special elections to fill the U.S. Senate seat formerly held by Attorney General Jeff Sessions. There are three possible special elections, but only two may be necessary. Primary Election: August 15, 2017. Possible Runoff Election: September 26, 2017. In the event that one candidate does not achieve a majority vote in his/her party's Special Primary Election, the top two vote-getters will participate in a Special Runoff Election. General Election: December 12, 2017.
