Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 26, 2012, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Speculative Product Design, LLC of Mountain View, California. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain cases for portable electronic devices by reason of infringement of U.S. Patent No. 8,204,561 (``the '561 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Sec. 1337, on behalf of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC of Richardson, Texas. A letter supplementing the complaint was filed on January 10, 2013. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain wireless communications equipment and articles therein by reason of infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,782,749 (``the `749 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,165,081 (``the `081 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,208,438 (``the `438 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 8,228,827 (``the `827 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,617,929 (``the `929 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,767,813 (``the `813 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 6,865,682 (``the `682 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 20, 2012, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Nuance Communications, Inc. of Burlington, Massachusetts. An amended complaint was filed on January 11, 2013 on behalf of Nuance Communications, Inc.; Swype, Inc.; Tegic Communications, Inc.; and ZI Corporation, all of Burlington, Massachusetts. A supplement to the amended complaint was filed on January 16, 2013. The amended complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain mobile handset devices and related touch keyboard software by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,750,891 (``the '891 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,453,439 (``the '439 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,098,896 (``the '896 patent''); U.S. Patent No. 7,075,520 (``the '520 patent''); and U.S. Patent No. 6,286,064 (``the '064 patent''). Records Schedules; Availability and Request for Comments
The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) publishes notice at least once monthly of certain Federal agency requests for records disposition authority (records schedules). Once approved by NARA, records schedules provide mandatory instructions on what happens to records when no longer needed for current Government business. They authorize the preservation of records of continuing value in the National Archives of the United States and the destruction, after a specified period, of records lacking administrative, legal, research, or other value. Notice is published for records schedules in which agencies propose to destroy records not previously authorized for disposal or reduce the retention period of records already authorized for disposal. NARA invites public comments on such records schedules, as required by 44 U.S.C. 3303a(a).

Information Collection Being Reviewed by the Federal Communications Commission Under Delegated Authority
As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burden and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501-3520), the Federal Communications Commission invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection(s). Comments are requested concerning: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information burden for small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. The FCC may not conduct or sponsor a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number. No person shall be subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) that does not display a valid OMB control number.

In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved, for a period of three years, the information collection associated with the Commission's Report and Order (Order), Facilitating the use of Microwave for Wireless Backhaul and Other Uses and Providing Additional Flexibility To Broadcast Auxiliary Service and Operational Fixed Microwave Licensees. This notice is consistent with the Order, which stated that the Commission would publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of those rules.
