Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request
The NRC invites public comment about our intention to request the OMB's approval for renewal of an existing information collection that is summarized below. We are required to publish this notice in the Federal Register under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35).
In the Matter of: Certain Inkjet Ink Supplies and Components Thereof; Corrected Notice of Investigation
Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on June 25, 2010, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Hewlett-Packard Company of Palo Alto, California and Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. of Houston, Texas. Letters supplementing the complaint were filed on July 15, 2010 and July 27, 2010. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain inkjet ink supplies and components thereof by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,959,985 (``the `985 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 7,104,630 (``the `630 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337.
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as Amended by Public Law 104-13; Proposed Collection, Comment Request

Implementation of Section 224 of the Act; A National Broadband Plan for Our Future
This document corrects a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on July 15, 2010, with respect to attachments to poles by any telecommunications carrier or cable operator providing telecommunications services. Specifically, this corrects how the maximum just and reasonable rate would be calculated under proposed rule Sec. 1.1409(e)(2).
Implementation of Section 224 of the Act; a National Broadband Plan for Our Future
In this Declaratory Ruling, the Commission clarifies that communications providers have a statutory right to use space- and cost- saving techniques that are consistent with pole owners' use of those techniques. The Commission also establishes that providers have a statutory right to timely access to poles.
