Each committee will meet to discuss recommendations for consideration by the full Conference. The Administrative Conference of the United States (ACUS or the Conference) is promulgating updated rules identifying its procedures for disclosure of records under the Freedom of Information Act and its procedures for protection of privacy and access to individual records under the Privacy Act of 1974.
