Proposed Information Collection Activity; Child Support Annual Data Report and Instructions (OCSS-157) (Office of Management and Budget #: 0970-0177)
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Support Services (OCSS), is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the Child Support Annual Data Report and Instructions (OCSS-157), with minor revisions, for an additional three years. The current OMB approval expires on March 31, 2025.
Submission for Office of Management and Budget Review; Testing Identified Elements for Success in Fatherhood Programs (0970-0622)
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) launched the Testing Identified Elements for Success in Fatherhood Programs (Fatherhood TIES) project in 2022. Using a mix of research methods, this study will test "core components" of fatherhood programs to identify program elements that are effective at improving the lives of fathers who participate in fatherhood programs and their children. The study includes an implementation and an impact study. A request for initial data collection materials was approved by the Office of Management and Budget in December 2023. This notice provides information about additional data collection activities to support this study.
Proposed Information Collection Activity; Services for Unaccompanied Children With Disabilities (New Collection)
The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is inviting public comment on the proposed collection. The request consists of one form that will allow the Unaccompanied Children (UC) Bureau to provide services to unaccompanied children identified as having a disability.
Submission for Office of Management and Budget Review; Request for Assistance for Child Victims of Human Trafficking
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) is requesting a three-year extension of the form: Request for Assistance (RFA) for Child Victims of Human Trafficking (Office of Management and Budget (OMB) #0970-0362, expiration 09/30/2024). Burden estimates have been updated based on observed increases in the volume of requests received. The RFA form and estimated time per response remains the same.
Proposed Information Collection Activity; Child Support Portal Registration (Office of Management and Budget #: 0970-0370)
The Office of Child Support Services (OCSS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is requesting the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve the "Child Support Portal Registration," with minor revisions, for an additional three years. The OCSS Child Support Portal ("Portal") contains applications to help state child support agencies administer their programs. Authorized Portal users must register with OCSS to access Portal applications and provide OCSS with certain Portal application preferences. The current OMB approval expires on February 28, 2025.

Proposed Information Collection Activity; Intergovernmental Reference Guide (IRG) (Office of Management and Budget No.: 0970-0209)
The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Support Services (OCSS), is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the Intergovernmental Reference Guide (IRG), for an additional three years. The IRG contains State and Tribal child support information that helps child support agencies (CSAs) administer their respective programs. Minor updates are proposed, as described below. The current OMB approval (OMB #: 0970-0209) expires on February 28, 2025.
Proposed Information Collection Activity; The Understanding and Expanding the Reach of Home Visiting (HV-REACH) Project (New Collection)
As part of the Understanding and Expanding the Reach of Home Visiting (HV-REACH) project, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to collect qualitative data to understand the features of centralized, coordinated, or collaborative intake systems used by seven purposively selected sites that refer families to early childhood home visiting (ECHV) programs.

Announcement of the Intent To Award a Supplement to the Three Recipients of the Preferred Communities (PC) Program-Church World Service (CWS), U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), and HIAS
The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) announces the intent to award a supplement up to the amount of $5,500,000 to be distributed among the three recipients of the Preferred Communities (PC) program that are implementing the Ms. L. Settlement Agreement to provide housing. The three recipients are Church World Service (CWS), U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), and HIAS. The supplement is for the provision of housing assistance as specified by the settlement agreement for Ms. L., et al. vs. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement et al. These three recipients have already begun implementing the services, and additional supplemental funding will assist in the ability to serve the number of clients estimated to seek services within the proposed period of performance.
