Administration for Children and Families 2022 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting a 3-year extension of the U.S. Repatriation Program forms (OMB #0970-0474, expiration 4/30/2022). There are several changes requested to the eight forms. Burden estimates have also been updated.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Care (OCC) is requesting a 3-year extension of the Tribal Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program's Form 1: Demographic and Service Utilization Data (OMB #0970-0389; expiration 6/30/2022). There are minor updates to the existing Form 1.

In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is modifying an existing system of records maintained by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Care (OCC): System Number 09-80-0371, OCC Federal Child Care Monthly Case Records. The system of records covers case-level information on low- income working families receiving child care financial assistance through the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF), which is provided in aggregate, non-identifiable format to Congress for empirical assessment, and to researchers and the public. Only certain pre-October 2015, case records (i.e., those that include Social Security Number (SSN) as a case identifier) are included in this system of records, because only those are retrieved by a personal identifier.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP), is requesting a 3-year extension of the Request for Certification of Adult Victims of Human Trafficking (RFC) form (Office of Management and Budget (OMB) #: 0970-0454, expiration 2/ 28/22). Minor revisions have been made to the form, including the addition of a few fields that will enable OTIP to be more responsive to congressional inquiries, federal reporting requirements, and the needs of victims.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting a 3-year extension of the form Administration for Native Americans (ANA) Project Outcome Assessment Survey (OMB #0970-0379, expiration 6/30/2022). There are minor updates and changes requested to the form.

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is requesting approval of a 3-year extension of the Child Support Annual Data Report and Instructions (OCSE-157). The current Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval expires on March 31, 2022. OCSE made minor revisions to the form's instructions.

The Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), proposes interview data collection activities for the Success Sequence Interviews study.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting a 3-year extension of the Head Start Grant Application Instrument and Instructions (OMB #0970-0207, expiration 04/30/2022). There are no substantive changes requested to the instruments, but a few minor changes have been made to the reporting structure of applications related to facilities to reflect the information already being submitted by grant recipients.
