Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) and the Preventing Sex Trafficking and Strengthening Families Act, that a meeting of the National Advisory Committee on the Sex Trafficking of Children and Youth in the United States (Committee) will be held on January 6, 2022. The purpose of the meeting is for the Committee to finalize the distribution plan for the Committee's January 2022 report. The members of the Committee request comment from the public to inform their ongoing work. Please submit your comments to NAC@nhttac.org with the subject ``NAC Comments,'' as soon as possible and before January 3, 2022.

The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is requesting a 3-year extension of the State Access and Visitation Grant Application (OMB #0970-0482, expiration 5/31/2022). There are changes requested to the form.

The Office of Community Services (OCS), Division of Energy Assistance, is requesting a 3-year extension of the Household Report Form (OMB #0970-0060, expiration February 28, 2022). Submission of the completed report is one requirement for LIHEAP grant recipients applying for federal LIHEAP block grant funds. OCS proposes minor changes related to reporting of supplemental funding and to update reporting dates and number of respondents.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting a 3-year extension of the ACF Uniform Project Description (UPD) (OMB #0970-0139, expiration 2/28/2022). There are no changes requested to the form.

The Administration for Children and Families' (ACF) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is requesting clearance for the proposed new collection titled ``UC Program Budget Workbook'' to streamline budget details and justifications of applicants to funding opportunities.

An Interim Final Rule with Comment Period (IFC) was published on November 30, 2021 that established the COVID-19 vaccination requirements whereby all Head Start staff, certain contractors, and volunteers must be vaccinated for COVID-19 by January 31, 2022. The Office of Head Start, Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is requesting expedited review of an information collection request from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and inviting public comments on the following new recordkeeping requirements for Head Start programs: (1) Collect and maintain records on the vaccination status of staff, certain contractors, and volunteers in Head Start and Early Head Start programs, and (2) develop and maintain a written COVID-19 protocol for testing individuals granted vaccine exemptions including granting such exemptions. We also invite comments on the impact of this new requirement on the current requirement for Head Start programs to maintain, including regularly update, program policies and procedures for personnel (associated burden approved under OMB #: 0970-0148).

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), is requesting the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to approve the Electronic Document Exchange (EDE), with minor revisions, for an additional three years. State child support agencies use the EDE to improve case processing. The current OMB approval expires on June 30, 2022.

The Children's Bureau (CB), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is requesting an extension with minor changes to the approved information collection: Regional Partnership Grants National Cross-Site Evaluation and Evaluation Technical Assistance (OMB #0970-0527). The proposed information collection will be used in a national cross-site evaluation of the fifth and sixth cohorts of CB's Regional Partnership Grants (RPG). The cross-site evaluation will use surveys, interviews, progress reports, and data on participant enrollment, services, and outcomes.

This notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) proposes changes to ANA regulations to allow grant recipients to apply for an emergency waiver of part or all of their proposed non-Federal share (NFS) due to emergency circumstances.

We are requesting changes to this form.

The Office of Child Care (OCC), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is requesting a 3-year extension of the form ACF- 801: CCDF Quarterly Case-Level Report (OMB #0970-0167, expiration 2/28/ 2022). OCC proposes minor changes to the response categories under the following three data elements: Child's gender, ethnicity, and race.
