The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) published a document requesting public comment on proposed changes to its Family Reunification Application (also referred to as Sponsor Verification Application) and Sponsor Care Agreement. ORR is no longer pursuing changes to these forms and, therefore, withdraws its request for public comment.

Notice for Public Comment on Administration for Native Americans' Program Policies and Procedures
Pursuant to Section 814 of the Native American Programs Act of 1974 (NAPA), as amended, ANA is required to provide members of the public an opportunity to comment on proposed changes in interpretive rules and general statements of policy and to give notice of the proposed changes no less than 30 days before such changes become effective. In accordance with notice requirements of NAPA, ANA herein describes proposed interpretive rules and general statements of policy that relate to ANA's funding opportunities in Fiscal Year (FY) 2021. Expedited OMB Review and Public Comment: Planned Use of Child Care and Development Fund Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 Funds Report
The Office of Child Care (OCC), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is requesting expedited review of an information collection request from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). This information collection requires states, territories, and tribes to submit a one- time report summarizing their plans for using supplemental Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) appropriations provided by the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA). Emergency approval is requested in order to meet the new statutory deadline required by CRRSA.
