SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of
Commerce (Commerce) determines that
dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from
Taiwan is being, or is likely to be, sold
in the United States at less than fair
value (LTFV). The period of
investigation (POI) is January 1, 2023,
through December 31, 2023.
