identified in this notice and any issues
arising after publication of this notice
that require emergency action under
section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens
Fishery Conservation and Management
Act, provided the public has been
notified of the intent to take final action
to address the emergency.
The meeting is physically accessible
to people with disabilities. Requests for
sign language interpretation or other
auxiliary aids should be directed to the
Council office (see ADDRESSES) at least 5
business days prior to each workshop.

asked to provide advice and
recommendations on any EM program
components.

board members prior to the meeting.
Written comments will be accepted after
the meeting until Friday, April 25, 2025.
Please submit written comments to
nssab@emcbc.doe.gov. Individuals who
wish to make oral comments during the
meeting can do so in 2-minute segments
for the 15 minutes allotted for public
comments. The Deputy Designated
Federal Officer (DDFO) is empowered to
conduct the meeting in a fashion that
will facilitate the orderly conduct of
business. Questioning of committee
members or participants by the public is
not permitted except with the approval
of the DDFO and chairperson.
