Hearing Cancellation

AGENCY: Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Treasury.

ACTION: Notice of proposed rule; cancellation of public hearing.

SUMMARY: This document cancels a public hearing on proposed regulations 
regarding the Federal Income tax credit under the Inflation Reduction 
Act of 2022 for certain costs relating to qualified alternative fuel 
vehicle refueling property that is placed in service within a low-
income community or within a non-urban census tract.

DATES: The public hearing scheduled for February 12, 2025, at 10 a.m. 
Eastern Time (ET) is cancelled.
