The purpose of this meeting is to discuss post-report activities as well as new project topics for the Committee’s next study. The application was processed in accordance with the FTZ Act and Regulations, including notice in the Federal Register inviting public comment (89 FR 96637, December 5, 2024). The FTZ staff examiner reviewed the application and determined that it meets the criteria for approval. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the FTZ Board Executive Secretary (15 CFR 400.36(f)), the application to expand Subzone 40I to include a new site located at 28000 F.A. Lennon Drive, in Solon (Site 14) was approved on February 5, 2025, subject to the FTZ Act PO 00000 Frm 00005 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 9305 and the Board’s regulations, including section 400.13, and further subject to FTZ 40’s 2,000-acre activation limit.
