Federal Register / Vol. 90, No. 26 / Monday, February 10, 2025 / Notices
Cash Deposit Requirements
In accordance with section 751(a)(1)
and (a)(2)(C) of the Act, Commerce also
intends to instruct CBP to collect cash
deposits of estimated countervailing
duties in the amounts shown for the
companies listed above on shipments of
subject merchandise entered, or
withdrawn from warehouse, for
consumption on or after the date of
publication of the final results of this
administrative review. Because the rate
calculated for BKT is de minimis, no
cash deposit will be required on
shipments of the subject merchandise
entered or withdrawn from warehouse,
for consumption on or after the date of
publication of the final results of this
review. For all non-reviewed firms, we
will instruct CBP to continue to collect
cash deposits of estimated
countervailing duties at the all-others
rate or the most recent company-specific
rate applicable to the company, as
appropriate. These cash deposit
requirements, effective upon
publication of these final results, shall
remain in effect until further notice.
Administrative Protective Order (APO)
This notice serves as the final
reminder to parties subject to an APO of
their responsibility concerning the
disposition of proprietary information
disclosed under APO in accordance
with 19 CFR 351.305(a)(3), which
continues to govern business
proprietary information in this segment
of the proceeding. Timely written
notification of return/destruction of
APO materials or conversion to judicial
protective order is hereby requested.
Failure to comply with the regulations
and the terms of an APO is a
sanctionable violation.
Notification to Interested Parties
We are issuing and publishing these
amended final results of review in
accordance with sections 751(h) and
777(i) of the Act, and 19 CFR 351.224(e).
Dated: February 5, 2025.
Christopher Abbott,
Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and
Negotiations, performing the non-exclusive
functions and duties of the Assistant
