ACTION: Notice of public meeting.
AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, that
the Florida Advisory Committee
(Committee) to the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights will hold a public meeting
via Zoom at 3:00 p.m. ET on Thursday,
February 27, 2025. The purpose of the
meeting is to discuss the Committee’s
project, Voting Rights in Florida.
DATES: Thursday, February 27, 2025,
from 3:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Background
On October 28, 2024, pursuant to
section 702(h) of the Trade Agreements
Act of 1979, as amended (the Act),
Commerce published the quarterly
update to the annual listing of foreign
government subsidies on articles of
cheese subject to an in-quota rate of
duty covering the period April 1, 2024,
through June 30, 2024.1 In the Second
Quarter 2024 Update, we requested that
any party that had information on
foreign government subsidy programs
that benefited articles of cheese subject
to an in-quota rate of duty submit such
information to Commerce.2 We received
no comments, information, or requests
for consultation from any party.
Pursuant to section 702(h) of the Act,
we hereby provide Commerce’s update
