readiness of machine learning coupled
with Fourier transform near-infrared
spectroscopy of otoliths to age fish for
stock assessments. The agenda is subject

Panel (AP) recommendations. The AP
will discuss outreach approaches to roll
out the new charter for-hire data
collection program, and receive public
comments, if any.
