the final results of the 2020

antidumping duty (AD) order on
softwood lumber from Canada. That
notice incorrectly stated the all-others
rate established in the less than fair
value investigation to be 6.58 percent.
The correct all-others rate established in
the less than fair value investigation is
6.04 percent.

Background
On August 9, 2022, Commerce
published in the Federal Register the
final results of the 2020 administrative
review of the AD order on softwood
lumber from Canada.1 Commerce
The Department of
Commerce, in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to comment on
proposed, and continuing information
collections, which helps us assess the
impact of our information collection
requirements and minimize the public’s
reporting burden. The purpose of this
notice is to allow for 60 days of public
comment on the proposed new
information collection prior to the
submission of the information collection
request (ICR) to OMB for approval.
DATES: To ensure consideration, written
or on-line comments must be submitted
on or before March 25, 2025.
