I. Self-Regulatory Organization’s Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change The Exchange proposes to amend its Price List to (1) introduce a new Adding Credit Tier 7; (2) revise the tiered nondisplay credit for Supplemental Liquidity Providers (‘‘SLPs’’) under SLP Adding Tier 1; and (3) revise the credit under SLP Provide Tier 1 for adding non-displayed liquidity to the Exchange in Tapes B and C securities. The Exchange proposes to implement the fee changes effective January 2, 2025.     The Department of State will conduct a public meeting at 10:00 a.m.

the Douglas A. Munro Coast Guard Headquarters Building at St. 
Elizabeth's, 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, Washington, DC 
20593. The primary purpose of the meeting is to prepare for the
