AGENCY:
This Notice is to inform the
public, in accordance with the ExportImport Bank Act of 1945, as amended,
the Export-Import Bank of the United
States (‘‘EXIM’’) has received an
application for final commitment for a
long-term loan or financial guarantee in
excess of $100 million. Comments
received within the comment period
specified below will be presented to the
EXIM Board of Directors prior to final
action on these Transactions.
DATES: Comments must be received on
or before February 7, 2025 to be assured
of consideration before final
consideration of the transaction by the
Board of Directors of EXIM.

aware, the item(s) being exported will
not be used to produce exports or
provide services in competition with the
exportation of goods or provision of
services by a United States industry.

ACTION: Notice of a new matching
program.
AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Privacy Act of 1974, as amended
(‘‘Privacy Act’’), this document
announces a new computer matching
program the Federal Communications
Commission (‘‘FCC’’ or ‘‘Commission’’
or ‘‘Agency’’) and the Universal Service
Administrative Company (USAC) will
conduct with the Colorado Governor’s
Office of Information Technology. The
purpose of this matching program is to
verify the eligibility of applicants to and
subscribers of Lifeline, and the
Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP),
both of which are administered by
USAC under the direction of the FCC.
More information about these programs
is provided in the SUPPLEMENTARY
INFORMATION section below.
DATES: Written comments are due on or
before February 12, 2025. This computer
matching program will commence on
February 12, 2025 and will conclude 18
