The Rule This amendment to 14 CFR part 71 modifies the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface to within a 6.9-mile (increased from a 6.6-mile) radius of the Giddings-Lee County Airport, Giddings, TX; and updates the geographic coordinates of the airport to coincide with the FAA’s aeronautical database. Regulatory Notices and Analyses The FAA has determined that this regulation only involves an established body of technical regulations for which frequent and routine amendments are necessary to keep them operationally current. It, therefore: (1) is not a ‘‘significant regulatory action’’ under Executive Order 12866; (2) is not a ‘‘significant rule’’ under DOT Regulatory Policies and Procedures (44 FR 11034; February 26, 1979); and (3) does not warrant preparation of a regulatory evaluation as the anticipated impact is so minimal. The Rule This amendment to 14 CFR part 71 modifies the Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface to within a 6.6-mile (reduced from a 7mile) radius of Gaylord Regional Airport, Gaylord, MI; removes the Gaylord VORTAC and associated extensions from the airspace legal description; modifies the extension east of the airport to 2 miles each side of the 090° bearing from the airport extending from the 6.6-mile (previously 7-mile) radius of the airport to 10.5 miles east of the airport; adds an extension 9.5 miles north and 6 miles south of the 270° bearing from the Gaylord RGNL: RWY 09–LOC extending from the 6.6mile radius to 10 miles west of the airport; and adds an extension within 2 miles each side of the 270° bearing from E:\FR\FM\07JAR1.SGM 07JAR1
