ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
The Susquehanna River Basin
Commission will hold a public hearing
on January 30, 2025. The Commission
will hold this hearing in person and
telephonically. At this public hearing,
the Commission will hear testimony on
the projects listed in the Supplementary
Information section of this notice. The
Commission will also hear testimony on
a proposed general permit, GP–04
relating to Into Basin Diversions of
Water and a proposed Dry Cooling
Resolution to update the 2015 Dry
Cooling Resolution previously adopted
by the Commission. Such projects and
actions are intended to be scheduled for
Commission action at its next business
meeting, tentatively scheduled for
March 13, 2025, which will be noticed
separately. The public should note that
this public hearing will be the only
opportunity to offer oral comments to
the Commission for the listed projects
and actions. The deadline for the
submission of written comments is
February 10, 2025.
DATES: The public hearing will convene
on January 30, 2025, at 6 p.m. The
public hearing will end at 9 p.m. or at
the conclusion of public testimony,
whichever is earlier. The deadline for
submitting written comments is
Monday, February 10, 2025.

of complaint. These complaints cover a
wide range of issues, including but not
limited to driver harassment, coercion,
movement of household goods, financial
responsibility instruments for brokers
and freight forwarders, Americans with
Disability Act (ADA) compliance,
Electronic Logging Device (ELD), EntryLevel Driver Training (ELDT), Medical
Review Officer (MRO), and Substance
