Commission issued an order in Docket

EL25–40–000, pursuant to section 206
of the Federal Power Act (FPA), 16
U.S.C. 824e, instituting an investigation
to determine whether BIF III Holtwood
LLC’s, Bitter Ridge Wind Farm, LLC’s,
and Brookfield Power Piney & Deep
Creek LLC’s Rate Schedules are unjust,
unreasonable, unduly discriminatory or
preferential, or otherwise unlawful. BIF
III Holtwood LLC et al., 189 FERC
¶ 61,226 (2024).
The refund effective date in Docket
Nos. EL25–38–000, EL25–39–000, and
EL25–40–000, established pursuant to
section 206(b) of the FPA, will be the
date of publication of this notice in the
Federal Register.
