National Youth in Transition Database
(NYTD) and Youth Outcomes Survey

May 31, 2025). There are no changes
requested to the form.

2025. In compliance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, ACF is soliciting
public comment on the specific aspects
of the information collection described
above.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Description: The Foster Care
Independence Act of 1999 (42 U.S.C.
1305 et seq.) as amended by Public Law
106–169 requires state child welfare
agencies to collect and report to ACF
data on the characteristics of youth
receiving independent living services
and information regarding their
outcomes. The regulation implementing
the NYTD, listed in 45 CFR 1356.80,
contains standard data collection and
reporting requirements for states to meet
the law’s requirements. Additionally,

The Food and Drug
Administration (FDA or the Agency) has
determined the regulatory review period
for OMISIRGE and is publishing this
notice of that determination as required
by law. FDA has made the
determination because of the
submission of an application to the
Director of the U.S. Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO), Department
of Commerce, for the extension of a
patent which claims that human
biological product.
DATES: Anyone with knowledge that any
of the dates as published (see
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION) are
incorrect must submit either electronic
or written comments and ask for a
redetermination by February 28, 2025.
Furthermore, any interested person may
petition FDA for a determination
