Agenda topics include a briefing on land use planning projects, the BLM Alaska Strategic Plan, Tribal relations, recreation projects, youth and hiring initiatives, and cooperative efforts. RAC meetings are open to the public. A public comment period will be offered both days at 2 p.m. Alaska Time. Each RAC meeting has time allotted for public comments. Depending on the number of people wishing to speak and the time available, the amount of time for verbal comments may be limited. AGENCY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer 11 parcels of public land totaling 89.35 acres in the Las Vegas Valley (Valley) by modified competitive sale at no less than each parcel’s Fair Market Value (FMV) pursuant to the Southern Nevada SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00132 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. The sale will be processed in conformance with applicable provisions of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) and BLM regulations.
