SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of
Commerce (Commerce) determines that
the producers/exporters subject to this
administrative review made sales of
subject merchandise at prices less than
normal value during the period of
review (POR), July 1, 2022, through June
30, 2023. Additionally, Commerce
determines that two companies for
which we initiated a review had no
shipments during the POR.
