(Yingkou Guangming), the sole mandatory respondent in this review, and Jiangsu Forged Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Forged), are not eligible for a separate rate in the above-referenced administrative review of the antidumping duty order on forged steel fittings from the People’s Republic of China (China), and are to be considered part of the China-wide entity The period of review (POR) is November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023.
