deadlines vary by program or incident.

AGENCY:
The Wallowa-Whitman
National Forest is withdrawing its
notice of intent to prepare an
environmental impact statement (EIS)
for the Wallowa-Whitman Travel
Management Project. The original notice
of intent was published in the Federal
Register on May 3, 2007, and the notice
of availability for the draft EIS was
published on June 19, 2009. The
Wallowa-Whitman National Forest’s
decision to withdraw the notice of
intent is based on prioritization of
agency resources toward forest plan
revision.

Commerce (Commerce) determines that
Yingkou Guangming Pipeline Industry
Co., Ltd. (Yingkou Guangming), the sole
mandatory respondent in this review,
and Jiangsu Forged Pipe Fittings Co.,
Ltd. (Jiangsu Forged), are not eligible for
a separate rate in the above-referenced
administrative review of the
antidumping duty order on forged steel
fittings from the People’s Republic of
China (China), and are to be considered
part of the China-wide entity The period
of review (POR) is November 1, 2022,
through October 31, 2023.
