Records Review Board received 14
pages of records from the National
Archives and Records Administration
(NARA) related to a civil rights cold
case incident to which the Review
Board assigned the unique identifier
2024–003–027. NARA did not propose
any postponements of disclosure. On
November 1, 2024, the Review Board
determined that the records should be
publicly disclosed in the Civil Rights
Cold Case Records Collection. By
issuing this notice, the Review Board
complies with section 7(c)(4) of the
Civil Rights Cold Case Records
Collection Act of 2018 that requires the
Review Board to publish in the Federal
Register its determinations on the
disclosure or postponement of records
in the Collection no more than 14 days
after the date of its decision.

Review board decision
The Department of
Commerce, in accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of
1995, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to comment on
proposed, and continuing information
collections, which helps us assess the
impact of our information collection
requirements and minimize the public’s
reporting burden. The purpose of this
notice is to allow for 60 days of public
comment on the proposed new
information collection, Decennial
Census Temporary, Intermittent
Applicant Information Collection, prior
to the submission of the information
collection request (ICR) to OMB for
approval.
To ensure consideration,
comments regarding this proposed
information collection must be received
on or before Monday, February 10, 2025.
