If approved, the grantee would be able to serve sites throughout the expanded service area based on companies’ needs for FTZ designation. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 21, 2022, Commerce published in the Federal Register an antidumping duty order on OCTG from Mexico.1 On November 2, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR.2 On December 29, 2023, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this administrative review.3 On July 18, 2024, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, Commerce extended the preliminary results of review until November 21, 2024.4 On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by seven days.5 The deadline for the preliminary results of review is now November 29, 2024.6 Scope of the Order The product covered by the Order is OCTG from Mexico.
